How to Read your eBook
Here’s a quick guide to help you transfer your eBooks onto your Kindle or other eBook readers.
For Kindle Users: Using Amazon's Send to Kindle Service
Amazon's Send to Kindle service offers a simple way to transfer eBooks directly through your browser. Here's how:
Method 1: Upload Files Through the Send to Kindle Website
Go to the Send to Kindle Page
- Open your browser and visit Amazon’s Send to Kindle page.
Drag and Drop Your File
- Simply drag the eBook file (supported formats include
.mobi
,.epub
,.pdf
, and more) onto the upload area on the page. - Log into your Amazon account if prompted.
Select Your Device
- Choose the Kindle device or app where you’d like the eBook delivered.
- Click Send.
Access Your eBook
- Your eBook will appear in your Kindle library shortly after.
Method 2: Use the Kindle Email Address
Locate Your Kindle Email Address:
- Go to your Kindle device or app and find your unique Kindle email address (it ends in
@kindle.com
). - Alternatively, log into your Amazon account, navigate to Manage Your Content and Devices, and click the Preferences tab.
Send Your eBook via Email:
- Compose a new email, attach the eBook file, and send it to your Kindle email address.
- If needed, include "Convert" in the subject line to change the file into a Kindle-friendly format.
For Other eBook Readers (e.g., Kobo, Nook):
Check Supported Formats
- Most eBook readers support formats like

Connect Your Device to Your Computer
- Use a USB cable to connect your eBook reader to your computer.
Transfer the File

Eject and Enjoy:
- Safely eject the device from your computer.

Download the App:
